If you have any of these concerns with yourself or your children, a tongue and/or lip tie may be to blame. Our team carefully evaluates each patient to determine whether a frenectomy is appropriate and works closely with other healthcare providers, such as lactation consultants, speech therapists, and myofunctional therapists, to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Infants can be seen by Dr. Wonderly as soon as the problem becomes evident, as early as days after birth. Use of a CO2 light scalpel laser for treatment eliminates the need to place infants in the operating room or the need for drugs for treatment. The laser allows minimal bleeding, discomfort, and no stitches.
Dr. Wonderly is trained as a breathe + breathe baby provider through The Breathe Institute located in Los Angeles, CA under the direction of Dr. Zaghi ENT and Dr. Chelsea Pinto DDS
